Instructions to use this tracker
1) Fill out the first part of this tracker at any time of your choice.
2) After recording all the measurements and weight in the first part, make sure to enter the date of 2nd part in advance as it’ll be your next assessment date.
Note- Always record your weight and measurements at the same time as did on the first month.
Example- If measured my weight and measurement at 8:00 am in my first month, I’ll record my weight and measurements at 8:00 am only during my 2,3 & 4th month. (Just to get a more accurate reading)
