The meaning of Personal growth could be different for everyone as it means becoming better than yourself from yesterday your comparison should be only with your former self and Personal growth is a journey and not a destination so incorporating these habits in your daily will help you become wiser, stronger, healthier, happier and creative than your former self.

    1. How to pursue it– Habit of saying no will require your conscious effort in your daily life you’ll need to set boundaries, know your limitations, and say yes only when you think the task is your responsibility and seems fair.
      Practice expressing your boundaries and saying “no” in a respectful and assertive manner. Use clear and polite language to decline requests.
    2. Why you should pursue it- Saying yes just to please people will deplete your energy without any benefit including this habit will make you look more assertive, save your energy, save time, and also improve mental strength.
  2. Daily Affirmations
    1. How to pursue it- Create a daily ritual to start or end your day with custom affirmation related to your goal and desired mindset for example- “I am confident in my abilities and make progress every day.” read such affirmations aloud and visualise them., you can also use our affirmation sheet ( 50 daily affirmations that you can read, write and visualise every day)(Download box at the end of post).
    2. Why you should pursue it- it will give you enhanced self-belief that you can do it, and increase your motivation for when I wake up I repeat affirmations which give me the strength to work hard for my dreams.

How to pursue it- Create a proper schedule, set daily tasks, set deadlines and meet them, take breaks in between the day but they should also be scheduled breaks, use the Pomodoro technique work 25 min and 5 min break use kitchen timer to measure (Make sure to have fun days or fun time in the day 1-3 hours do things of your liking) say no task that is not your priority.
    2. Why you should pursue it-It’ll help you increase your skill set and also reduce your stress of getting tasks done as you’ll have everything planned beforehand.
  4. Personal Organisation-
    1. How to pursue it- Have plans for each day-week and year, create a proper planner, declutter your room and working space, and organize digital files Define clear boundaries between work, personal life, and leisure to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
    2. Why you should pursue it- This habit will help you achieve big things in life, you will have a clear view of your plans so you’ll make better decisions and your productivity will greatly increase also as you’ll have everything planned your space will be decluttered which contribute to your productivity.
  5. Fostering Resilience- 
    1. How to pursue it- Exercise positive self talk remind yourself that you can overcome any difficulty, look at life difficulties as opportunities to grow, learn from your failures, and Improve your problem-solving skills to tackle challenges effectively. Identify problems, break them down into manageable steps, and work towards solutions.
    2. Why pursue this- you’ll have increased confidence, adaptability to overcome anything in life, and a positive self-image you’ll look at yourself as a person who can pick up any rocks.
