7) This is the social section as communicating with someone refreshes your mind and reduces fatigue- so we added this section even if you’re a very busy person try to have a conversation with someone good (not toxic- stay away from toxic people) even few minutes every day if fine as a human is a social animal having interactions with people increases your quality of life.
8) We also added a hobby section which will remind you to engage in an activity you like and also track its duration.
9) You can also write down how many important tasks have completed and help you feel rewarded that what you’ve accomplished throughout the day.
10) Practice positive self-talk section will help you become more confident & stay motivated.
